“Excellent service by the seller, rapid delivery, very good, everything's fine on that front.
As for the product itself, it mostly fits my expectations. Easy to use, tastes OK (only sugary tastes, though), no digestive issues, I trust the producer's seriousness re nutritional value & lack of additives, so all good; only disappointment is about "filling" aspect, as well as consistency, more liquid than what I would have thought. I expected something perhaps more readily useable as a "diet" food.
Anyway, first trial was positive, so I'll continue the experience for a while.
Thanks.”
“I've never really gotten used to drinking the gooey soup that is the shakes. But this is very quick to prepare, in fact instant, and it's an alright taste, it even grew upon me.
Notes to first time buyers:
- The vanilla flavor is pretty sweet, I could barely get myself to eat it the first time. Kinda’ learned to appreciate it, but will not buy it anymore.
- If you're like me and not too fond of sweetened food I would say the cholate is a perfect fit. It adds just a slight nudge of flavor to the bar. Just enough to make the taste of the bars very discrete - just as I’d like my functional foods.
- Not sure how to describe it, but the bars are a bit aggressive on your tongue and throat, it gets irritated kind of. Something you notice if you eat multiple in one sitting, but not otherwise.”
“Tastes better than you might expect, even better if you give it a couple of minutes to mix well with the water after shaking.
Great for those long nights coding when you're hungry but don't have time to eat.”
“I used the Plenny Shakes to go on a hiking trip, which was really easy. It was filling, gave plenty of energy and it tasted much better than most other hiker meals.
However, for this purpose there were a few quirks. For instance, the spoon you need to scoop the powder into your shaker takes up quite a bit of space and it's another thing you need to keep clean. I also wonder why one meals takes 3,5 spoons. Why not just make the spoons so that you need a round number? Some shakes were more watery than others, because it's hard to measure off 3,5 spoons exactly. It would be great if there were packages per portion available for hikers.
One last thing. This was my first order and I was supposed to receive a free shaker, but there was none in the package. Though I mailed customer service about it and they said I will receive one with my next order, so that should be alright.”
“Very satisfied. Don't wanna stop with this way of feeding. I prefer banana and strawberry. Vanilla for morning, chocolate sometimes. Mango isn't bad, but other flavours, for me, tasted better.”
