“I liked your site a lot. You gave good information of the products and their ingredients. The overall visual feel made me expect good-quality products from you. Buying was clear enough. One thing however: it would have been nice to get the price of the shipping a bit earlier during the purchasing process. After the purchase I found out that shipping prices are available from a small link at the bottom of your site, but that's pretty hard to find. Since there are no mentions of shipping costs (that I saw) elsewhere on the site, you kind of know to expect them at some point, but at the same time feel kind of tricked when they come just before confirming.

“We ordered one bag of each flavour to try it out. After that we were happy with the food, it's easy to use, it well solubilised in water and everything but the mango flavour was tasty. We bought a 150€ package afterwards and are still happy with it. The bars are also recommendable, now we always have one in our rucksack.”
