“The shakes were above my expectations and besides being easy and quick to prepare and being filled with nutrition, they also taste very good. Whenever I want at quick meal for myself, this is my first choice now. I probably should point out though that I only drink it 3-5 times a week so maybe it's not often enough to grow tired of it. Regarding shipping it's fast and I haven't had any problems so far.”

I really enjoy your product and I most likely order some again when I run out. But I did have a lot of issues with the delivery.
I clearly noted that it had to be delivered at an office address. After the first delivery failed because it was after hours, which can happen. Our office is normally open till 20:00 or later. But the day after I called them to explain that it had to be delivered before 19:00 and that was not a problem. They would communicate it to the driver for the next day. And again they scheduled it to be delivered between 21:00 - 21:30?! So I missed it again, so I had contact again and the next day they tried to deliver it according the scheduled time, but I still had to wait till 19:00 to get it.
It is just a little side note and I like the brand, but all the hassle doesn't help with re-ordering and the image around your brand.

“The most neutral/acceptable flavors are banana, vanilla and chocolate in my opinion. Others are fine too, but may have a bit weird bitter / chemical aftertaste at times.”
