So you took my subscription money but held my order for weeks without informing me that there was an issue until I contacted you asking where my order was. Not great, and along with missing items from several of my orders and a stagnant recipe, I won't be using you again.

Been using it happily for 2 years now, began using when it was called Joylent. I really like it: it's fast, cheap, tasty and nourishing. Under normal circumstances, I don't require any additional snacks or food for the rest of the evening, I'm just full and energized. I can really recommend it to anyone who is willing to accept this way of feeding, as I understand its not "what we are used to" :) .
Ordering and paying is a breeze.
