“Commuting to my university was troublesome for me breakfast-wise, and I would often take a muffin and eat it when I found time. Those didnt provide the nutrition I needed and contained far too much sugar. I found soylent and it changed my life. I could finally eat in the morning. “I have enjoyed my first pouches enough to return for more. They leave me feeling full, not bloated. I'm also not trying to force myself to finish a serving like drinking a pile of dough. The one thing that I do is I replace about 1/3 of a serving with another product that doesn't contain any sugar/flavors in order to try to minimize the sugar consumption. It is still very tasty and is almost like having a treat instead of a meal. Shipping is quicker than expected as well. Overall, I am going to continue buying the pouches!”
