“I have had the same problem with shipping to Switzerland three times. Joylent sends the purchase in two boxes, each wrongly declared to be worth the total value of the purchase (instead of the value of its contents). Upon arrival, I'm taxed twice for my purchase as a consequence.
Last month I was forced to pay CHF 80 in taxes upon arrival of my CHF 200 package, and they still haven't reimbursed me. Costumer support says their shipper is handling it, but never sends any update. I recommend everyone from Switzerland stay away from Joylent.”

“For the second order I got plenny shake vegan just to see if I like it better than the plenny shake (which I already liked). It's better! It's fuller, fluffier. It's like if you leave plenny shake in the fridge for a couple of hours. It has less flavours available, but I was not a fan of strawberry anyway (Mango's ok).
The shipping time to Portugal (Lisbon) is about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks.”
