I have 5 kids and work full time and it's hard to meal prep to supplement my daily workouts. The second plus is that it tastes good! I tried all the flavors of the plennyshake and chocolate is my favorite. Once I saw they had bars, I ordered both chocolate and vanilla and the vanilla was delicious! It taste like very light sugar cookies. I love to snack so I cut them up in small bite sizes and eat them throughout my work day.
