“I got a good mix of all the flavors and have tried all the preparation techniques but it doesn't accomplish the things I hoped it would. It doesn't work out to be cheaper than regular food and while the banana is the best flavor in my opinion, it still doesn't make me look forward to eating it. It has made things easier to keep track of my calorie intake and it has saved me a good amount of time but those aren't as important to me as saving money and tasting good. I'm still rating it 5 stars because it definitely does what it claims, I'm just not the target demographic.”
“Ordered a batch of 5 days worth of cappuccino plenny. Box was rather banged up on arrival but contents were fine. Box came with a free plenny bar which was great. I will definitely be adding bars to my next order.

I'll try to be as brief as possible.
1. Shipping: the shipping was somewhat slow. The order was placed on Wednesday, but the package was actually sent on Friday. The actual delivery time is slow but understandable. DHL should update its tracking link more often because for over 2 days I had no idea where my package is.
2. I bought about 10-14 days of Sports Joylent and it's very good. Although I couldn't replace all of my food, it was extremely in handy for my bulking diet.
At times I have to replace water with something else or to add additional fruits in the mix to change the taste and consistency. Otherwise, it becomes a little nauseating over time.
The only downside is that my stool is little bit soft but it might be due to lactose.

“I love it! Not all the flavors though. Not a fan of strawberry.
Also, some people said to leave it prepared on the fridge for it to thicken. I left it overnight and it was very nice, like a smoothie, except the fact that it gave me tummy aches and diarrhea for 12 hours straight. So now I always drink it straight after mixing. I'm not discarding a possibility of an energy failure during the night, not sure. In any case I won't risk it.
I got also a freebie banana Tweenybar, and OMG it's so good!! I would eat only Tweenybars if I was not on it also for the cost.
Shipping was not the fastest, almost 2 weeks to Portugal. Well I'll buy in advance. ;)”
