“Deliveries during the day, often fail because people are out at work. Many delivery firms (Amazon, UPS, Fed-Ex) have pick-up locations in urban areas where you can collect your parcel from. I think this should be an option on the website.
In my case, Parcel force left my package at a house across the street and two doors down and the resisdent didn't answer her door for a day, I guess she was out at work too.”
“The product itself has a quite grainy / sand-like texture, even after mixing. Maybe due to insoluble components? But I have no complaints or comments whatsoever regarding service, web site, ... all excellent :)”
“Taste is fair, expectations are met succesfully within shipping, customer service and user experience. Although the way of opening the plastic bags is in such a way that its hard to take the Joylent scoops out of the recipient -> Scoop too big or opening too small.”
“Forgot to include a scoop, but I managed on my first order. Will certainly be reordering. Using for Breakfast and Lunch. While they taste great as is Powdered Peanut Butter (also, WITH chocolate) added to Vanilla is amazing. Mio fruit drink additives can make the fruity ones sweeter and gives you options without any added Calories.
Only losing one star due to the bag... hard to pour from or scoop out of without making a tiny mess. I imagine its important to keep it moisture tight, but it could use a redesign in the future.”
