“I have been drinking Jimmy Joy for a couple of weeks now and is very pleased with the product. Have tasted Strawberry and vanilla vegan for now and especially vanilla is wonderful.
Only small issue was the delivery took it’s time but probably due to me living on the countryside of Iceland. And my shaker was missing but Jimmy Joy quickly send one towards me without hassle (hopefully arriving soon).

I did not find a need to contact the customer service so i can't comment about that. The graphical design is not really my cup of tea but it was not too distracting.”
“I had a problem because different shipping methods were used for different orders and in my location I have to use different addresses for postal vs courier deliveries. Luckily it turned out OK, but I had to contact support to update my subscription address. Support was quite chipper and helpful though.”

Somehow my address was written incorrectly to the package. It was missing a street number. It had a street name, an apartment letter and number, but the street number was missing, even though it is visible on my order.
Fortunately, I got my packages anyway. And I was happy to find a sample Twennybar in my package too.
I wanted to order two shaker bottles: One for me and another for a friend. But I got confused by the "Free shaker for new customers" promotion: In the end I selected only one shaker bottle, because I thought that the free shaker bottle would be included anyway. It turns out that I should have done it myself.
--> Perhaps there should be a checkbox "Include a free shaker bottle" just like there is "Add free scoop"[sic].”
