“Been a user for over a year. I tried almost all the meal replacement products in the market at the time, and PlennyShake had the best flavours and most cost-efficient.
But I do think the best part of the product is amazing customer support. The support team seem very positive and helpful whenever there is an issue.”
“I am happy with the product, with this quarantine we generally eat more and jimmyjoy has helped me maintain a healthy diet, I will be back soon for more, thank you very much 💚”
“Easy to prepare, doesn't stick everywhere in the shaker, great texture and come in various flavours! My favorite is the chocolate one, but all of them taste good :)
And if you're in CICO - the calories are veeery easy to count. I replace all my meals with the shakes, and I am very happy with this decision.
They keep me full and satiated for 4 hours, so I'm not hungry or crazily craving for more food between my meals - huge plus point here.

“I've been using JJ for years now, on and off in little amounts. Recently I increased my intake to 1-2 meals per day, and I have to say it really helped. The pros to me are:
1) easy to digest, no heaviness, after lunch dip or whatever. My body is just running very well on it. Big plus!
2) confidence that I'm eating well: lot's of fiber, protein, the right fats, no fast sugars, the right minerals and vitamins. It's just superior food. Quality wise almost no meal can beat it. To me it is sometimes funny that people who are sceptical are not paying attention to fibers or proteins themselves, don't really think about what they're eating. I'm eating JJ because I want to support my body with everything it needs, in the amounts it needs.
3) taste and consistency is good, it drinks very easily. I like how the fruit flavors are completely natural, and how JJ keeps pushing to remove all the artificial ingredients. Monk fruit coming up?
4) JJ is even vegan, so super sustainable for our planet, no animals are hurt in any way. This is big!
5) of course the convenience, but that is obvious. I still have 'normal' meals, usually with friends or family, and then it feels special and I really appreciate what I'm eating. But many times I just want to save the time and still give my body great fuel and building blocks. I feel it is a nice balance.”
