“Nutritionally the product is great. The taste is as good as they can make it. Not tasty, but not hard too drink, unless you make the shakes too thick or thin. I am a bit confused about the sizes. The scoop they give you is sized in such a way that 3 and a half scoop make up one meal. To me, it’d be much more useful if the scoop was half the size, and you’d have to scoop seven times. The bags also contain powder for more than three meals, making dividing it between three shakes useless”
