“Alright, I was fascinated by the idea of a whole meal in one drink, and since I'm a completionist I ordered one of every regular taste available. So here are my thoughts about it:
First of all the shipping was really quick. I ordered within the Netherlands and it arrived the next day. Well done!
Secondly, the overall taste. Everything tastes really oaty. the actual flavours are rather subtle and I stop tasting them after taking a few sips. Also, all flavours are sweet and have the aftertaste of artificial sweetener, which I don't really like.
With the first order you get a free shaker, which is quite nice, but after a few uses the print started to come of and got all sticky. I cleaned by hand and the water should not have been too hot, so I don't know what exactly the problem is there. other than that the shaker works pretty well.
The meals are really filling. It might be because I'm a slow eater, but I take about two ours to consume one meal of 500 ml, which is why I started to make 300 ml portions instead. also, since it's all sweet I can't have more than 1,5 full meals a day. But after eating a portion of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I am indeed full for quite some time, so yeah, it does it's job.
now the flavours:
mango: the strongest flavour. I'm not quite one for the fruity flavours. I liked the first few sips of it, but then it stared tasting rather bland. It tastes like it should be juicy, but it's milky and oaty instead.
banana: the banana taste goes really well with the oatyness. It does not taste too artificial.
strawberry: My favorite of the fruity tastes. the strawberry is subtle and the whole thing tastes like strawberry cereal.
vanilla: the classic. I liked this one since it actually tasted like vanilla, not just vaguely sweet.
chocolate: this was a little too bland in my opinion, but it becomes really good if unsweetened cocoapowder is added.
cappuccino: I did not like that one. I get what you were going for, but no, not for me. the taste was too watered down, so added more powder than normal, but the cappuccinotaste and the oats do not mix well in my opinion.
Dutch Cookie: this one was my favorite by far. the spices go really well with the base taste and the fact that it's a cookie taste gives the oats some flavour context. This one was delicious.
Overall the product did what it promised, delivery was suprer quick, but the tastes are hit or miss, so four stars from me”
