The biggest surprise for me was that I was not going around hungry like on other diets. Awesome product, will definitely use in the future.

I would rather drink a JennyJoy then a JimmyJoy. I would have concentrated on creating a product that had more solubility and reduced the death farts than change the name at this point.

Much better macro profile for lifting than other *lents (which have too much fat). If I had to rate the flavors from worst to best: banana, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate. My only complaint is it's a bit thick after you let it sit in the fridge for a day. I think it's best to mix it and drink. It doesn't have a bad aftertaste when prepared this way unlike some other brands.

Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is a cheap and delicious meal replacement. It has replaced 2 of my meals daily.

Have gotten so much more energy since I started with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake! Slight minus for the taste though but you get used to it!

Tried several brands of powdered food, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is my favorite. For a comparison: Pulve - like milky porridge, not very pleasant Bernard.bio - extremely heavy and nut-packed, strangely large nut chunks Eatnano - very fine powder that is sickly artificially sweet. Makes watery drink with whole flaxseed Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake - balanced taste and consistency. Ambronite - healthy green taste, fills you up, but super expensive
