Très pratique et vraiment bon :) ça serait encore mieux si la maltodextrine était retirée de la composition et de pouvoir avoir les autres produits en vegan (wake-up, twenny barres et éditions limitées)

It took me a few days to get used to not eating solid foods, but now I'm preferring just drinking Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake!

Being a student, I have fount Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake to be very useful as I don't have to bother with extra cooking and brining meal boxes to school that need to be kept cold. Also, no more queuing for the microwaves!

I am a 161,7 kg male who has very low metabolism. My plan is to lose weight through a diet that provides what my body needs. I also record my experience so i can later upload YouTube videos. Overall this stuff works. First 5 days I lost 5,8 kg which to much so I plan to eat Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake 2 meals a day and one ordinary food. The day i came back to ordinary food i instantly felt less healthy and lost my good mood. The other thing i like about Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is joy's background. I trust people who are straight and don't care about what other think or say as long they feel original. I have a feeling that all the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake team are free spirits and that is a plus. Time will tell i already talk to people about this way of eatting and they look interested. Take a look at taste ads that are in vape industry, they might help you in feature products. Be well, have fun and stay original.

The idea is perfect, only thing is that I am a little sensitive to gluten. So unfortunate I have to quite Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. However, if you launch a gluten free product I 'll be the first one to try it!

My 18-year-old son and I just worked our way through our first family shipment of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. - Shipping to Switzerland was quick and wasn't unfairly expensive. - Good packaging, everything clearly labeled. - I'm not so sure about the 520g package size. I'm planning to eat nothing besides Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and water during Lent this year (40 days from March till Easter), and THEN, I think the package-per-day principle will work OK. But for now, I've been substituting just one meal per day, and I think I'd rather have my Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake in a bigger container I can use a big scoop. Measuring ca. 173g out of the slim packages is a little annoying. - I was surprised at how easy it is to shake them up in the included shaker - though I get a slightly frothier/creamier consistency if I mix my Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake with a hand mixer set I to turbo. - I do find that it's important to wash out the glass/pitcher soon after drinking, otherwise the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake can dry out into a kind of crust that you can't just rinse out with a little water. (However, the dish washer has no trouble, even with a plastic pitcher that been sitting for several hours.) - For a water-based powder mix, I find the taste (whatever flavor) and consistency very pleasant and creamy. (Adding a little milk - say 3/4 water + 1/4 milk - makes it perfect. But that's cheating!) - I got a selection of all the flavors. My favorite is actually vanilla - but I appreciate about all of them that the flavoring is never overbearing. I'd say mango might actually be my second favorite - though my son doesn't like it much - which is to be expected since he doesn't like fresh mangos either. Personally, I find banana and strawberry just a tiny bit chemical - though I'm happy to drink both. - HOWEVER: My absolute favorite was the little tester package of speculaas!! It's WONDERFUL and reminded me of the 2 years I spent studying in Amsterdam over 20 years ago. - I was worried about, umm, digestive issues - i.e., getting a bad case of the "toots". As it turned out, I got a little bit more digestive action initially, but nothing really bad - and it settled in pretty quickly. OTOH, a significant bonus was some more digestive regularity than I was getting before. (My son didn't report any trouble at all.) Note: Drinking plenty of fluids may help. - So, I'm about to place my second order!
