“I live alone and it's tedious to cook for myself. So I tried various food shakes, and settled with Plenny Shake because it tastes really good and has a nice, smooth texture (I only use 250ml water per 2 scoops instead of the 300ml recommended, as that gives it more of a milkshake-y smoothness). I use it for ~80% of my meals for more than a year now, and am not bored of it yet.
It works, I know I fulfill my nutritional needs, it's tasty and quick to make, and to top it off it's also cheap and reduces waste.”
“If you enjoy the taste of oats and don't mind slightly sandy texture, you'll love it. The flavours are quite mild and not overly sweet. Banana and mango are my favourites.”
“I've experimented with all sorts of meal replacement shakes every since making my own DIY ones years ago and Plenny Shake is by far the best. Twenny Bars are also the best bars!
Great customer service and you seem like a really great team too.
PS. Bring back the speculaas flavour sometime? It was lekker!”
“I can't eat my whole breakfast in the mornings, and I felt hungry a couple of hours later while busy. As a result, I used to spend two or three hours feeling low on energy and hungry, which heavily reduced my attention in class. I got the Plenny Shake and with just one scoop of 96 gr, I stopped feeling hungry and tired. I am really pleased with this product and I will continue to buy it since it's convenient, fast and it works.
Flavour-wise, I can only have an opinion in the three types I ordered: vainilla, banana and mango. I liked banana and mango more, and I found vainilla kind of plain. Maybe it is my personal preference, since I don't specially like the vainilla flavour on cupcakes or sweets. It wasn't bad, but I would rather choose banana or mango. They were delicious. However, I will say the flavour of soy is stronger than any flavour present. Because I like soy, I find it tasty nevertheless. I will recommend the shake nonetheless, since soy is quite nice anyways.
Regarding texture, I expected something worse after reading a lot of comments. It is extremely similar to a normal shake, and I enjoy it. It has some sort of flavoury texture, but it is minimal and it does not bother me. For the most part, it is like a milk shake.
I look forward to try chocolate and strawberry!!!”
