Lo hago sólo para algunas comidas, pues haciéndolo continuado al final crea ansiedad de comer algo rico, y además el sabor y textura no son muy buenos, por lo que hacerlo de contínuo puede llegar a cansar.
Para comidas puntuales sí lo veo muy apropiado, pues quita el hambre, aporta nutrientes, logras controlar las calorías y ganas tiempo. Por tanto, lo recomendable para sustitutivo de comidas y adelgazamiento. Yo lo uso normalmente en días laborables. Sólo he probado el plátano y la fresa y el primero es mucho mejor en textura y sabor que el segundo.
