“ordering and shipping was quick and easy, the product itself is useful, and the chocolate version tastes nice. one thing that annoyed me was that i had to order the shaker. i have a perfectly fine tool for preparing Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake already, but i was unable to remove the free shaker from my order. the odd thing was that i had the option to deselect the scoop to "save the environment", which is ironic because the shaker is a much bigger waste for me. i selected the scoop, and you guys forgot to include it in the box.”
