Customer service is good. All the information is available and I think Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake does a great job in giving a transparent view on the mysterious place it is created. This is needed selling a controversial product, but not all companies would provide information with such a joyful strategy.
The pitfall of such a presentation is the fact that information is presented a little bit chaotic. Watch out for the big dump of information, or the everlasting scrolling option on your site. Also the multiple channels on providing the information coul be organized better. Youtube, Instagram, Site, Blog. Maybe it is too much, or maybe it should have some structure.

“Being part of the majority of the population that can't handle dairy, I sprung for Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake Vegan. I'm satisfied with the flavours, however I would like to try the mango flavour available in the non-vegan variety.
I was surprised by the banana flavour; usually I don't like banana-flavoured things but I think this is very very good.
The texture is decent, though not perfectly smooth. To combat this, I mix mine ahead of time and let it sit.
I, being Canadian, can have the well known American competitor shipped to my door for less than Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, but decided to try Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake because of the flavour variety. I was not disappointed, and I will continue to be a customer.
From the fun packaging (resealable bags that actually reseal!) and customer service, I see where the "J" comes from.”
