Please, could you keep on delivering both recipes : the vegan and the previous recipe with milk.

“Plenny shakes are perfect for mornings when I get up too late and have to rush to work - it only takes a minute to prepare a shake for a healthy and delicious breakfast on the go. I also really like them as a pre-workout meal in the afternoon, I'm not too full, but I get plenny of energy. I love the coffee flavour with a dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract - yummy! Strawberry is also great, you can really smell the strawberries! :)”
