“You gotta go at it with the right expectations: it's a functional meal, not a replacement for your favorite dinner.
I use it because at work I am not able to get a decent meal, and this is more nutritious and healthy than having fast-food or a sandwich if I don't feel like cooking (it makes it convenient as well).
I also replaced my breakfast with Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake since it feels more nutritious than a bowl of muesli.
It tastes fine, the consistency is good and it gets me satisfied as any other consistent meal would.
My body feels fine and I'm able to digest it properly, even better than real food if it is fast-food or something heavy.
Regarding the flavors, I like the banana and vanilla ones. Didn't like the chocolate one (not because it's bad, but because it doesn't taste like good chocolate), mango and strawberry were ok. Would be cool to try other flavors in the future.
