“For almost a year now, I am drinking Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I started by drinking it as breakfest, but sometimes I now also drink it during lunch. Overall I have a good full feeling for several hours after drinking. The banana and mango flavour is very nice, while the chocolate is a bit to sweet (I sometimes mix it up with the more bitter cappuccino). Instead of water I dilute the powder in milk to make it more milkshake-like, and if I have time I put it in the fridge for a while to make it more thick (also seems to benefit the flavour). I am looking forward for more flavours in the sport variant.”

I was a bit worried, that I will be hungry, or the taste will be bad - but nothing of this has happened. Taste is very nice (vanilla is VERY nice), texture is similar to oatmeal, which I like, and the feeling of being full is great (not overeaten, just not hungry at all). Shipping took 3 (!) days - preety good time from Netherlands to Poland. I will certainly buy a lot more - if Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake will provide me with a feeling of eating healthy and balanced after some longer time - it will certainly be a solid part of my daily nutrition.”

Tastes good, like flavored oatmeal, esp. after a minute in the microwave and magically fills you up in no time.
