My favourite flavour is banana. I thought it would be chocolate but unfortunately we didn't get along so well. It always has a background oatmeal flavour which is reasonable as this is a big part of its ingredients.

“Mango and strawberry was my favorite flavor, followed by chocolate, then banana, then vanilla. Consistency was nice and was not too filling after a meal. Easy to make, just powder and water, no oil involved.
I really want to eat this regularly, but my stomach simply can't handle it. Every meal resulted in diarrhea followed by constipation. I tried the vegan version, same issue. Pretty sure it's not lactose as I can drink over a liter of whole milk a day with no ill effect. I have no problem with MANA either, I can drink that all day all week with no issues. As soon as I consume Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, I get constipation within 24 hours.
Very unfortunate, now I have 7 opened bags of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake sitting on a shelf...Unsure of what to do with them...”
