“I ordered this item on September 8th from the "US Website" because a promotion was running. I received an email saying that my items will ship ASAP. Nearly one month later, I had still not heard anything, nor received anything from Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I sent them an email October 3rd and they sent me a reply with an excuse. This does not explain why they never contacted me between September 8th and October 3rd? It is now October 8th and I have an email claiming the items have shipped, but it cannot be tracked with the number provided and the order is apparently held up by customs - keep in mind, I ordered them from the US website and US warehouse. The second start is because they do reply fairly timely to emails, but are not proactive in keeping you updated on delays or shipping statuses/changes in your order... This is a disappointment because I was looking forward to trying out this product...”
