“I ordered five bags of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake a couple weeks ago. It's been so long that I have already forgot about them. Did I receive the product? No. I tried sending emails to the customer service representative, who was initially very friendly, and fast responding. After one email exchange, I never got any more replies promptly. The customer service blamed it on my email being lost in the vast amount of emails they received every day. This review does not describe the quality of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake as a product at all and I doubt if I'll ever receive my products.”

Only criticism: It would be nice to have some sort of a central repository where you get easy access to information on product development, e.g. additional flavors you are developing and product variants you tried but decided against producing further. Right now this information is scattered in various facebook and forum posts and not easily searchable.”
“I've tried Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake wake up for breakfast to replace cereals and cookies and it is very good. Its taste is soft and nice (not a strong flavor). I have a lot of energy and focus in the morning. I'm not hungry until several hours after the breakfast and I don't feel insuline peaks.
I would recommend it to anybody that can't afford cooking a good breakfast and needs to be on fire in the mornings.”
