I want to try another diet in general and this is a great start to getting used to pre-portion your food and keep eating similar meals over and over. So I'll start preparing my meals for as many days possible in advance in the future for a similarly easy approach.

“I've tried Huel and the well known American competitor. Huel arguably has better ingredients but tastes really oaty and requires additional flavouring for me. (more work to do)
the well known American competitor gave me runny poop and has much less protein so I've stopped using it.
My favourite flavours are banana, strawberry and mango . I'd rate them equally highly. Vanilla and chocolate tastes alright (still way better than huel) but Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's fruit flavours are definitely their forte!
Oh and Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's packaging is the most convenient of the lot!”
