“Setting an order:
I'm a web developer so the first think that impressed me was the order form. Specially when you open the "show our other products" menu. You can order everything from everywhere, with the scale discounts visually and automagically applied. The user experience is great. But at first, I couldn't find where to begin if I wanted more than one product. All this awesomeness shouldn't hide. You have to select any product to start. For some, a clean order form with all the range of products unfolded would be helpful. And easy to do. It should probably include the shipping costs (dynamically adjusted depending on the order total amount).
There's a free jar for new costumers (2,5€ otherwise), which is great.
Delivery:
As expected. If I could've paid a bit more for a faster delivery, I'd probably have. Hope someday it's on Amazon (just for the Premium one-day free shipment).
Unboxing:
They know how to sell, marketing is everywhere. Their shipments come in branded boxes sealed with branded seal.
The packaging is great. There's no need to finish a bag before opening the next one, the convenient zip-top bags allow you to have multiple flavours ready to shake.
Eating:
I tried eat nano and nothing else but water for 7 days. The same goes for Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake.
Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake tastes much better, and the variety of flavors to choose from is really convenient when it's the only food you eat. Having the tweeny bars as an option also helps (it's not always everywhere possible to mix).
To sum up, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is a great product lovely handled by a competent company. No regrets whatsoever.”
