“I personally love the flavors, texture, the energy I have, and the level of full I feel. I don’t feel hungry for quite a while (5 hours or so), but I never feel stuffed.
The best part is with my husband! He’s gluten and lactose intolerant and has absolutely no problems with this. Not to be too graphic or vulgar, he has always had painful bathroom experiences and severe stomach issues. Within two days of replacing one meal with the Plenny shakes, he feels like he has so much energy, and his bathroom experiences were the best they’ve been in years.
Plus, I feel fantastic about the low environmental impact, and it honestly saves me so much time. I have a 1.5 year old, so I’m constantly cleaning. Just having one less meal to clean up after for my husband and myself is a sanity-saver.”
“I have been trying meal replacement as a supplemental part to my diet as my diet is very limited due to Sensory Processing Disorder. I find that this shake is less gritty/powdery than other kinds of meal replacement shakes and dissolves into liquid with much less effortful shaking and dancing around the room. So far Banana is the only flavour I have tried (as part of the starter box) and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the flavour. It is milder than other-brand shakes, which for me is a good thing as it makes it far easier to drink. I would say the smell is stronger than the flavour, but it is pleasant - reminded me of banana ice-cream! Overall a great product :)”
