Plenny Shake v3.0 Banaan Reviews

Lets face it, I'm a lazy person... That makes Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake perfect for me. I don't need to spend more than a couple of minutes to ready a meal! At the moment I'm not eating only Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake but using it to complement for when I don't feel I have time enough to cook a good meal, at the same time makes it possible to eat less crappy fast food. It tastes very nice as well! It's easy to mix it up a little and be creative, put in a bit less water to make it a bit thick, or porridgy... you could also just mix it with other fluids. My favorite is chocolate Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake with some coldbrewed coffee, will try with vanilla as well, I only expect smooth lovemaking inside my mouth!

I've just recently discovered that there are different variations of "the well known American competitor" (all you need in one shake) available in Europe, so I'm in the process of trying a few of them. I'm a great fan of the idea of not having to cook and not having to care about which overpriced, unhealty fastfood to buy in my short lunch break. What I love about Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is that it comes in a variety of tastes (I've tried strawberry, banana and chocolate - all of them a lot better than the standard vanilla variety other brands are offering) and that it gives you a full, satisfied feeling for hours, so that there's no need any longer for the emergency Snickers bar. I won't buy Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake again, though, for two reasons: it has an artificial aftertaste (which unfortunately is very common in those kind of products; maybe from the sweetener, maybe from the flavouring, I don't know) and the dosage is a nightmare. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake comes in flat packages of three meals, which are way too flat for the huge measuring cup, so that it's virtually impossible to put together one meal without pouring a sizable amount of the powder onto your clothes, your hands, the table and anywhere else. Okay, this might be a problem that only clumsy people like myself are having. Still, this is an absolute dealbreaker to me as I'm buying "the well known American competitor" products for their convenience (compared to regular food). And convient Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake isn't. And yes, I know, single-meal-sized packages means more packaging waste. Still, I rather have that than the need to clean up my table and change my clothes after each and every meal of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. A final tip to those who are planning to use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake: don't put the supplied shaker into the dishwasher. The lid will become deformed and you'll end up spilling the shake the next time you're trying to mix it...

I bought one bag of every flavor. The mango was the best. Banana, vanilla and strawberry finished at 2nd place. The chocolate flavored one could have more chocolate in it. :)

I was testing Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and a few alternatives the last week to replace at least 2 meals a day. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake was one of the better products with the advantage of a broad spectrum of flavors and the Tweenybar. The shipping took a little longer than other products I have tested so far. It's not hard to figure out yourself but I would have liked advice on measuring your servings since a whole bag of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake wont fit most mixers.

A great meal replacement, helps me keep my costs down for most meals, super convenient, tastes great (you know, for a powdered liquid meal replacement) - great company to deal with :)

Tastes great, ready in under a minute - no hassle at all. I tried living off Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake completely for a week just to see how that goes (it went great), but I'm unsure if that's good for you. Now switching to 1-2 Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake meals a day and then add in some fruit and a full meal. Still saves me time and it's healthier/cheaper than most of the realistic alternatives I have :-)
