“I am pretty happy with Plenny Shake and the new Plenny Bar (Caramel Sea Salt) and also used the former version. It helps me to hit my calorie intake in summer as I don't have hunger in hot weather. Now the big BUT: Why the high amount of salt in Version 2.1? If I would use Plenny Shake for all 5 meals I would hit the upper intake limit (Europe). In a post on Reddit, you mentioned that you changed the amount of salt to hit a sufficient amount of salt, which seems not right. As I do not use it for every meal, I can tolerate it for the moment. Would recommend thinking about lowering the amount of salt.”
