“Once I got used to the taste/texture, it made my life much easier and helped me lose weight. Of course an actual meal tastes vastly better, but when you're on the road 55 hours a week, quick prep time and meals while driving are a huge upside.”
“The taste and texture it's ok. After 3/4 of the bottle you feel full and the digestion is good. Fast to prepare, fast to eat, more free time.
I disliked vanilla, but chocolate it's pretty good.
They forgot to send the scoop with the order :(.”
“Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake delivery is hugely flawed where I live (Finland). I received my tracking information and waited for my package for almost two weeks. I'm on vacation, so yesterday when the package was supposed to arrive, I stayed at home - for the entire day. After 18:00 (or 6 PM) I was wondering if the package was coming and checked the tracking service. Apparently they've tried to deliver it and I wasn't at home at around 11 AM. Now, that's utter and complete bullshit, since I got a different delivery (at home) from the postal office at 10:41 - but nothing from Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake (DHL). Today I received a package slip telling me they have my package and I can claim it any time I wish. Happy, happy, joy, joy. They even have my phone number written on the paper. Too bad no one was willing to - I don't know - maybe, calling it.
To sum it up, I have a 20kg (44 pound) shipment of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake waiting for me at -- somewhere. I don't own a car and when I called the customer service at DHL, they told me it was a delivery by their German branch and this branch here doesn't try to redeliver. I told them they didn't deliver at all and at the other end I'm told I must have missed them. I told them about the other delivery and I asked about calling and the customer service representative was absolutely adamant that of course they've called, that's the decent thing to do. I told them and promise you they have not called. I'm very dissapointed, unable to get my product by any means. Taxi there and back again would cost 40 euros (some 45 dollars).”
