“Yes you can more or less live off of it for days. Does it work for months? Maybe. I find I miss real food too much in either case. Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake simply doesn't really become as tasty. Will probably still use it whenever I don't feel like cooking for myself.
Upsides: It's easy and fast.
Downsides: Guessing if you got the right amount of three and a half scoop worth's a content is still a bit of a gamble. A scale simplifies the matter. Plus I find you always end up getting bits of powder here and there with the size of the scoop versus the size of the bag.
Also for some reason the lettering on the shaker has already come to wear off after a few days.”
“I planned to use Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake at work to stop eating garbage at lunch and it worked out great (no more Kebab, Leberkäse or other fastfood). What I enjoy most is that Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake helped me get rid of the crappy but "necessary meals" a day so I can enjoy real good food much more (mostly on weekends in a good restaurant).”
“I took a month's supply. The product itself is ok, don't expect tastebud explosion. Maybe they should add the nutrients in excess, bc after four days of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I'm craving normal food (but I'm not hungry)
They forgot to add a free shaker, so now, almost a month has passed from my order, and it's still shaking somewhere in the post.”
“I ordered a pack of 1 sort each and found them all more or less tasty. Chocolate wasn't my favourite, but it was still good. Mango was great.
Delivery time was reasonable, price is, too. I would recommend everyone interested: at least try Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, it might surprise you.”
“Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake itself has improved my eating habits incredibly.
Shipping is a little slow and you don't receive much updates about it, this could be improved.”
