Una forma muy buena de preparar el batido es colocar la espira en el vaso, echamos un poco de agua y seguidamente los polvos (3.5 cazos o lo que queramos), luego rellenamos de agua a petición, así evitaremos que se pegue algo en el fondo, seguidamente agitaremos.
Ahora en verano también podemos poner unos cubitos de hielo para refrescar el batido. Genial !!”
