What is bad:
- MAJOR: if I open the order page I still see all my personal data. This is a public page and I'd much rather have my private information (address / phone / name / card info) hidden. Please fix that ASAP
- slow delivery - Yes you have ETA but it's very high. I was expecting that you would deliver much earlier as most other services do (paired with international delivery it was a good 3 week wait - not cool).
- minor: not sure whether it is your domain but it certainly affects you - the trackyourparcel DHL link has "lang=de" explicitly ser and that is a inconvenience for international users, better omit it
- the box I received is visually damaged
- MAJOR/ABSURD: one of the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shakes in the box was opened and it is obviously not of full weight. I'm deeply disappointed

“I have zero problems with the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake product. However on the times I've had it shipped to me everytime the box looks like it was badly handled and ripped open by the time it's reached me.
I'm not sure if it's the shipping or parcel company that's causing the problem but if it's happening with me there's a chance it's happening with other UK customers too. Could be quite possible in the future that some product will fall out or be damaged in the transit.”

“Absolutely delicious, vary hard to understand why the entire 1st world does not consume this food/beverage. It's almost to delicious in the sense that you want to eat it more and more, addictive almost. I'm consuming a bag a day plus normal food for dinner (6'2" 205 weight lifter). Energy levels are constant, no crash or huge energy spikes. All the flavors are subtle and distinctive. Beautifully decorated box arrived in america well intact via FedEx. Bags are a tad small to effectively fit my rather large hands into the opening with the scooper. I just pour the Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake directly into the mixer bottle at this point. Came with a couple neat stickers. Shaker bottle is satisfactory and much more affordable then the "official" brand name shaker bottle. As I said, I'm a weight lifter and my strength gains are continuing. Have seen a drop in bodyfat but not weight. I will continue using this delicious product. This product makes keeping track of macros simple as banana flavored Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. Only giving a 4/5 so they can figure out a way to prevent a light amount of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake sediment from condensing on the bottom of the bottle(you have to keep shaking it to disperse it) and the small bag issue.
