“I tasted chocolate, vanilla and mango. The first two were acceptably in taste, whilst mango was really disgusting, in a very artificial way. But all in all I liked the shakes and plan to consume them again from time to time.”
“So I tried different brands and Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake really stood out with a very very nice taste. The flavors taste also very natural and quite strong, it's almost like ice cream. The drink is easy to make and there is no chemical taste to it. It's really en-joy-able :)
But: I do not feel full for a long time. Generally some hours. And I gained about 2 kg in a week because I ate some fruits also because I was so hungry and because so much water was bound in my body. I weigh 120kg and need about 2600-3000kcal to stay on this weight so you can image that i was surprised that i did not loose weight. But its not abut the weight, its really about the hunger. For me there is to much carbs in it and not enough protein to keep my stomach full. That's just how I work (lost last year 18kg with more protein/less carbs). So sadly I will not buy it again. But I will honestly miss it because its just a good taste and really nice at work, when I can spend my break lying in the sun instead of waiting in line for a lower than mediocre meal.”
