Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is loved my many of my family members who have all experienced a major improvement in their wellbeing. Externally, skin, hair and nails have all noticably improved. Reducing the shakes by 100kl each has also resulted in weight loss for all of us :) we are major gym goers and this has fitted in perfectly.. allowed us to make serious gains!
Digestive system working efficiently and smoothly since changing to Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. Energy levels have increased. Previously I suffered from deficiencies, in iron and vitamin D which made me feel unwell and tired most of the time, but since using Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake I feel so much better.
It's hard to eat all that our body requires in one day and to then try and take multi vitamins on top. This is the only way I know how to give my body all it needs and not to gave to worry about it.
I use the vegan one as I am dairy intolerant.. all flavours are delicious. I would like something more savery at times though.
