“The taste is mild, slightly sweet, somewhat salty. The banana is reminiscent of banana bread, and the chocolate is very light on the cocoa. One star off for the salty aftertaste. The texture is very good, chewy and semi-soft. They are not dense, tough, or dry like many mass market meal/protein bars.”
