Coucou aux français, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake, c'est bien, économies de temps, d'argent et de vaisselle. Certes le gout est pas dingue, mais on s'y fait, il est à retenir que ce n'est pas un produit fait pour etre bon.
Question santé, 3 mois que je suis environt à 70-80% de Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake dans mon alimentation (pain fromage pour les jours ou j'ai envie de manger solide) et je m'en porte très bien, j'ai meme perdu un peu de poids.
Petit point négatif, en france, les commandes mettent une à deux semaines à arriver jusqu'a chez nous, ce qui nécesite de prévoir ses achats à l'avance pour éviter de tomber à court.
Hi, in few worlds, Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is good, i'm saving money and time. Obviously the taste isn't awesome but with the force of habits you will enjoy it.
I'm eating Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake since 3 month and my alimentation is 80% based on Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I feel good, no guts problems, i've lost few pound but it's juste beacause i stopped to eat junk food.
There is just on problem, the shipping time is totally random and can be very long.”

“Tasted the chocolate flavor. The chocolate is very faint, the overall taste of the bars is very neutral. I would like a more tasteful bar but I enjoy the taste as-is.
It is a little crispy, it's a very nice touch.
They are dry and very chewy, so drink plenty of water to make it easier. I would like them to be less chewy.
Not a bad experience. I will use them when I need a convenient meal on the go.”
“I normally eat healthy but maybe too healthy because I realize I was spending too much time and money on the diversity and freshness of the food I eat. Then I saw Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake and since it's shipping free to Benelux, I wanted to give it a shot because it was so cheap. I am at the 4th pack so far and have been eating Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake 75% of the time.
Pro's:
TASTE. I don't know why people find it weird or blant, I fricking love it. I just want to eat it all the time and have to stop myself. It tastes like the "baby biscuits"(Some nutritious biscuits to make baby food that I ate all through my life) mixed with milk and banana.
Of course it is fast, it is cheap and filled with everything you need, but these are obvious.
Con's:
I don't feel full. Right after I finish drinking one meal, I feel full and slightly satisfied for an hour or two at max. But the next 2 hours until my next meal is excruciatin. I know physically I am getting enough nutrition so that helps me control my "hunger". But I think it will take time until I get used to feeling satisfied and full after a shake.
I also (still) have problems with gas and digestive instability. But other people say that it passes with time.
Overall I love Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. I think eating Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake + one regular meal a day is something I can do for, well, forever. It is extremely convenient and delicious. But I wish it made me feel full for longer periods.”

after testing differnt kinds of "the well known American competitors" in Europe, I found the best: Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. Perfect, pleasant taste, not artificial (as competitors), good texture, fancy package, fair price p. meal, super friendly customer service - love it!
But the delivery time was horrible. In total, it took 18 days from payment to getting the product (=shipping to Germany), and that's definitely too long. When this issue is improved, I will definitely order again (and try the new bars!). Hope it will be better next time!
