“I have been depending soley on this product for nutrition for almost 5 months and I will happily continue. When I first bought the product, I didn't think I would have much trouble adjusting as I have never really enjoyed food as much as a normal person. I did feel hungry a lot as the volume of consumption of the product is much less, weighs less in the stomach and probably takes less time to be absorbed. I don't mean this as a negative but this is an adjustment for me that I did not expect. Because of it though, I do sometimes snack with junk food out of habit. I ordered the chocolate flavour and it tastes nothing like chocolate whatsoever and tastes VERY heavily of nuts - as if it was entirely made of ground nuts. After a week, I taste next to nothing. It is a little sweeter than I expected. Having said that, I am very happy with the flavour. Doesn't taste anything like chocolate but only I only choose that flavour anyway because I have always hated the taste of anything fruit flavoured. Ideally, I want the blandest, most tasteless product available. For anyone reading this that is on the fence about whether it's safe to consume only this for a long period of time, know that I have suffered no ill effects whatsoever although I have put on a little weight. The fat content of the product is a lot higher than I would like at several hundred percent of the daily recommend amount. I would be worried about that more if were not so active but it may become a reason for me to go back to normal food eventually. Not any time soon though. The convenience and cost of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake is absolutely fantastic. The time and hassle it saves is lifechanging. I have read complaints about the shaker but those people are idiots or liars. I recieved a free one with my first order, although they are cheap to purchase separately. I bought a reasonably expensive 3rd party shaker from Amazon that turned out to the exact same but without the branding. So the price of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake's shaker is indeed very low but it is a decent shaker and includes a blender ball, which they never mention, unfortunately. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the time it takes to arrive. I live in mainland UK and it takes around 2 weeks (sometimes less sometimes more) to receive my order. I have been ordering one month's supply at a time and have to get it sent to my work because I can not rely on it arriving when I am at home. Due to the unpredicable nature of the deliveries, I have ran out of Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake twice even though I ordered 2 weeks before I was due to run out. I thought I saw the website say 3-5 working days but there is no way this is true. That is the only gripe I have about this product. I am overall a happy and repeat customer.”
“Subtle flavours, nothing overpowering which personally I find to my taste. Thickness is similar to a milkshake, I was pleasantly surprised that although I vigorously shook the mixture there where very few bubbles making it less 'burpey'. I like that the company is reaching out with new products like coffee mix, high protein shakes and meal bars, it would be pretty cool to play around with ground meal worm protein solutions, high omega oil content options, even maybe market hangover solutions with an increased hydration and salt replacement.
Overall, I'm very content with my initial 5 pack purchase and I've already ordered 20 more!”
