I was close to giving up on the well known American competitors and thought that bad taste and ugly texture was the tradeoff for all the benefits. I gave it a last shot with - guess what - Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. Couldn't believe how good it tastes with literally no doughy texture. Also love the customer experience with the letter and the cool package design. In my opinion you're definitely on the right track! I will definitely keep on buying Jimmy Joy/Plenny shake. Customer lifetime value done right. :D
The only thing that would improve the experience even more is, if you find a way to get the powder into the shaker more easily. It works quite well but it still makes a bit of a mess sometimes. But I guess that's complaining on a high standard.
