“My partner is a home care nurse so he is always on the go, travelling from patient to patient. Most of the time, he has no moment to spare for breakfast or lunch, so he used to skip it! No more after the Plenny Shake; I make it for breakfast a night in advance and then he can drink it in the car. It is perfect.
