Clearly not the intention from our end as you will understand it has caused us additional work and costs as well, we are not in any way trying to be in the way of a solution but there are processes to be followed and we can only ask you for your understanding when that prevents us from pushing a solution. I see the order was refunded when we could eventually and you noted to never order with us again, a choice we can of course understand when it was an experience like yours.
