For this one, you note it did not mix too well. As the Shakes are based on oats, there will always be a little grain in the texture of the prepared shake, but it should all mix and separate with the Shaker. Using milk instead of water is an option, but it would normally not make a difference in the texture, of course depending on the milk used.
