Clearly not the intention from our end as you will understand it has caused us additional work and costs as well, we are not in any way trying to be in the way of a solution but there are processes to be followed and we can only ask you for your understanding when that prevents us from pushing a solution. We understand you wanted something right then and there, but that is not always an option.
Checking back on the situation through the contacts you had with us, I can only offer apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. I see the order was refunded when we could eventually and you noted to never order with us again, a choice we can of course understand when it was an experience like yours.
We wish we could have done more or of course even avoided the situation that resulted in this, but we hope you understand we did all in our power for you at that point as was noted by my colleague several times.
In any case, we thank you for giving us/it a shot and hope to welcome you back at a later stage still but as said, we understand if you would not.
