“I honestly really love the taste of the Plenny Shakes. My favorites are chocolate, apple cinnamon, strawberry and wild berries.
It's surprising how nutritious that is. The ratio amount in kcal / hours kept full is honestly insane: I HAD to start eating only half a shake for breakfast because I still wouldn't be hungry by the time I usually have lunch. So I'm only eating 200kcal for breakfast, which is ridiculously low compared to the bowl of cereal I would often get before discovering Jimmy Joy.
I don't really know what else to tell you. I really love the product, I have pretty much nothing negative to say about it. It's just that great to me.”
