Onze maaltijden, als je je aan de instructies houdt voor bereiding, zouden je gemiddeld 2-5 uur een vol gevoel moeten geven, dat wisselt wel per persoon logischerwijs.

“Wild berries is my favorite flavour of all the shake flavours. I prefer to mix with milk instead of water. For me it's the best breakfast.
Tip: rinse your beaker immediately after, cause the leftover residu is going to stink pretty hard.
One downside of the packaging is that you can close it again but after there's shakemix in the seam it will not work that well anymore. What about closed packaging with some kind of valve? No need for measuring cups either!”
