I tend to have a rough time with getting my calories in when I am on my ADHD medication - and the exact opposite when I’m off. This stuff is the perfect balancer for me. Easy calorie count and the vanilla is great, even better when paired with a scoop of flavored protein.
I’ve tried other brands in this genre of supplements but this one takes the cake. Great mix-ability, great taste, no chemical after taste. Nutrition checks out and the price/servings saves me a penny on a normal meal, but more importantly saves me time on meal prep.”
“This is really good. Flat top, the grid fits together with the top, better size for small meals, requires a lot of turns to close it, there are some rails on the inside that can be quite sharp, also make sure to close the plug properly otherwise it will pop open 💦.”
