The leanest cut of the pork, almost as lean as skinless chicken breast.
Butchering time: Slaughtered, prepared and packed on the day of delivery. There may be slight variation of +/-10% in product weight as it is prepared and cut by hand. Please consume within 1-2 days and store in temp between 0℃ to 4℃. From pigs raised locally in HKAFCD-licensed farms. These farms adhere to the standards set by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department and do not use harmful antibiotics, hormones, leanness-enhancing agents or artificial coloring.
(Monday Free Upgrade to Iberico Pork) Local Iberian pigs raised locally in HKAFCD-licensed farms are appreciated for their more intense pork flavor. Choose Monday delivery at checkout to receive a free upgrade from white pigs to Iberian pig.
