This product is prepared by their central processing facility 1-2 days before, stored frozen to preserve freshness and delivered chilled. Please store this product in your fridge as soon as you receive it, and consume within 2-4 days.
Kamei Chickens were developed jointly by the University of Hong Kong and the Kadoorie Agricultural Research Institute, have tender meat, low fat content, are rich in collagen, and free of added hormones, antibiotics and harmful chemicals.
