“The chicken is good even frozen overnight, however, the female staff at Lok Fu is impolite when I pickup the chicken, she questioned me that the phone is held up and she even told me that's a wrong number, I told her to amend and updated the record if she insisted the printout telephone is wrong, she ignored me and pass the chicken to me rudely !!!! So it's great that I will purchase the food directly from Jou Sun website , so as to avoid any embarrassing moment again!”
